Salary Range: $87,000 - $133,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with industry standards.
• Lead and manage the quality assurance team, including training, performance evaluation, and resource allocation.
• Ensure product quality through robust inspection, testing, and non-conformance control processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like CAPA, Lean, and Six Sigma.
• Manage supplier quality, including conducting audits and monitoring performance to ensure material compliance.
• Oversee internal and external quality audits to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Analyze quality data, prepare reports, and present findings to management for strategic decision-making.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality management roles within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in ISO 9001 quality management systems, including implementation and auditing.
• Strong understanding and application of Lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and statistical process control (SPC).
• Demonstrated leadership ability in managing quality teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience implementing and managing specific QMS software (e.g., SAP QM, MasterControl)
• Proven track record in supplier quality development and auditing
• Direct experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., medical device, aerospace, automotive)
