Salary Range: $93,000 - $140,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Ensure products meet specified quality standards, customer requirements, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for manufacturing processes and product quality.
• Plan and execute internal and external quality audits, managing non-conformance resolution.
• Oversee root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Manage, mentor, and develop the quality assurance team.
• Monitor and manage supplier quality performance and incoming material inspections.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and internal/external auditing.
• Strong understanding of statistical process control (SPC), root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing and developing quality teams and initiatives.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Experience with specific industry regulatory standards (e.g., FDA 21 CFR Part 820, AS9100, IATF 16949)
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) and data visualization tools
• Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 or relevant industry-specific quality standards
