Salary Range: $65,000 - $92,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily quality control operations and ensure adherence to established standards.
• Manage, train, and mentor a team of quality inspectors and technicians.
• Develop, implement, and maintain robust quality control procedures and documentation.
• Lead investigations into quality non-conformances, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance with quality management systems.
• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, drive continuous improvement, and report performance.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and R&D to integrate quality into all manufacturing stages.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in a manufacturing quality assurance role, with proven supervisory or team lead experience.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and quality tools (SPC, Root Cause Analysis, FMEA, CAPA).
• Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification
• ASQ Certification (e.g., CQE, CQA, CQT)
• Experience with specific QMS software platforms (e.g., SAP QM, MasterControl)
• Lead Auditor certification for ISO 9001 or other relevant industry standards
• Proficiency with advanced statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
