Salary Range: $64,000 - $91,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor quality inspection teams and technicians.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage non-conformance investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Oversee and maintain accurate quality documentation, records, and the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Conduct internal quality audits and support external audit processes.
• Develop and deliver quality training programs for production and quality personnel.
• Monitor key quality performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance/control, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge and practical application of Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
• Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies such as SPC, FMEA, MSA, and Root Cause Analysis (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys).
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field. ASQ certification or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives and drive effective problem-solving activities.

Bonus Qualifications

• Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with Lean manufacturing principles
• Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Familiarity with APQP and PPAP processes
