Salary Range: $63,000 - $90,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and mentor quality control personnel and inspectors.
• Ensure all manufactured products consistently meet specified quality standards and customer requirements.
• Lead investigations into non-conformances, product defects, and customer complaints, implementing effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop, implement, and maintain robust quality control procedures, inspection plans, and testing protocols.
• Monitor key quality performance indicators, analyze data, and report on trends to management.
• Facilitate internal and external quality audits, ensuring compliance with relevant standards (e.g., ISO).
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing process efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in quality assurance/control within a manufacturing environment, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and relevant industry standards.
• Proficiency in quality methodologies and tools such as SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, and Lean Six Sigma principles.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with advanced statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification
• Previous experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., medical devices, aerospace, automotive)
