Salary Range: $45,000 - $76,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
• Execute repairs and calibrations to ensure optimal equipment functionality.
• Install, relocate, and commission new manufacturing equipment.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation of all work performed.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for equipment reliability and uptime.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose PLC issues and interpret schematics and blueprints.
• Strong commitment to safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
• Relevant vocational training or an Associate's degree in Industrial Maintenance or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC troubleshooting and minor programming.
• Welding and fabrication skills (e.g., MIG, TIG, stick).
• Familiarity with CMMS software (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo, Fiix).
• HVAC or refrigeration certification.
• Experience with industrial robotics or automated systems.
