Salary Range: $76,000 - $116,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and document manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality.
• Design, procure, and implement manufacturing tools, fixtures, and equipment.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues and defects.
• Support the transition of new products from design to full-scale manufacturing (NPI).
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Create and maintain detailed manufacturing work instructions, procedures, and process specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production bottlenecks and improve yields.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in process development, optimization, and troubleshooting within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience with CAD software for fixture design, process layout, and tool design.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes such as machining, assembly, welding, or automation.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues.

Bonus Qualifications

• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
• Proficiency in advanced simulation software (e.g., Arena, FlexSim)
• Experience with collaborative robots (cobots) or advanced industrial automation
• Familiarity with data visualization and Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
