Salary Range: $92,000 - $139,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage and optimize inventory levels for raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
• Oversee supplier selection, negotiation, and performance management to ensure reliable sourcing.
• Direct logistics operations, including inbound/outbound transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Collaborate with production and sales teams for accurate demand forecasting and production planning.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain visibility and performance.
• Mitigate supply chain risks, including disruptions, material shortages, and quality issues.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for inventory management, procurement, and logistics.
• Strong understanding of demand planning, forecasting, and S&OP processes.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate with suppliers, manage vendor relationships, and optimize costs.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with advanced data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience with international trade compliance and global logistics
• Knowledge of specific advanced planning systems (APS) or warehouse management systems (WMS) implementation
