Key Responsibilities

• Perform machine setup and changeovers for various manufacturing equipment.

Recommended Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to use precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers) and various hand/power tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving equipment issues.
• Understanding of manufacturing quality standards, safety protocols, and preventative maintenance principles.

Bonus Qualifications

• PLC troubleshooting or basic programming experience.
• Proficiency with CAD/CAM software for interpreting designs or verifying programs.
• Experience with advanced metrology equipment (e.g., CMMs, optical comparators).
