Salary Range: $91,000 - $138,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency, cost, and delivery performance.
• Manage all aspects of procurement, including supplier selection, negotiation, and relationship management for raw materials and components.
• Oversee inventory planning and control to minimize holding costs while ensuring continuous production and on-time customer delivery.
• Lead demand forecasting and production planning processes to align with sales objectives and manufacturing capacity.
• Optimize logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution, for both inbound and outbound materials.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring resilience and continuity of operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain to enhance operational excellence and reduce lead times.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain roles within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced inventory management techniques.
• Strong understanding of procurement, logistics, demand planning, and S&OP processes.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to optimize supply chain operations and drive continuous improvement.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Proficiency with advanced planning systems (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis RapidResponse)
• Experience with international sourcing and logistics
• Strong data analytics skills, including proficiency with tools like Power BI or Tableau
