Salary Range: $79,000 - $119,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Lean manufacturing principles and tools (e.g., 5S, SMED, Kanban, VSM, Kaizen).
• Facilitate and lead continuous improvement projects to eliminate waste and improve efficiency.
• Analyze manufacturing processes and data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and optimize standard work procedures and manufacturing layouts.
• Train and mentor production teams on Lean methodologies and problem-solving techniques.
• Drive initiatives for cost reduction, productivity enhancement, and quality improvement.

• Utilize root cause analysis tools to solve complex manufacturing problems and prevent recurrence.

Recommended Qualifications

• Expertise in Lean manufacturing principles and methodologies (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, 5S, Kanban, SMED, TPM).
• Proven experience leading and implementing process improvement projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) or manufacturing simulation tools
