Salary Range: $75,000 - $109,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
• Balance production capacity with customer demand forecasts.
• Collaborate with sales, production, and procurement to align schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels and raw material availability to prevent disruptions.
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, bottlenecks, and material shortages.
• Analyze production performance metrics and recommend process improvements.
• Manage lead times and ensure on-time delivery commitments are met.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in master scheduling or production planning within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Infor) for production planning and scheduling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Demonstrated expertise in demand forecasting, capacity planning, and inventory optimization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or a related business field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency with advanced data visualization and analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL).
• Experience with demand planning and forecasting software solutions (e.g., Kinaxis, SAP IBP).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent experience.
• Multi-site or global manufacturing scheduling experience.
