Salary Range: $75,000 - $109,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
- Balance production capacity with customer demand forecasts.
- Collaborate with sales, production, and procurement to align schedules.
- Monitor inventory levels and raw material availability to prevent disruptions.
- Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, bottlenecks, and material shortages.
- Analyze production performance metrics and recommend process improvements.
- Manage lead times and ensure on-time delivery commitments are met.
Recommended Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in master scheduling or production planning within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Infor) for production planning and scheduling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Demonstrated expertise in demand forecasting, capacity planning, and inventory optimization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or a related business field.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- Proficiency with advanced data visualization and analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL).
- Experience with demand planning and forecasting software solutions (e.g., Kinaxis, SAP IBP).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent experience.
- Multi-site or global manufacturing scheduling experience.
