Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of Lean manufacturing principles and tools (e.g., 5S, SMED, Kanban, VSM) to optimize production processes.
- Identify and eliminate waste (Muda) across manufacturing operations to improve efficiency, quality, and cost.
- Facilitate and lead continuous improvement projects and Kaizen events, driving measurable results.
- Develop, standardize, and optimize manufacturing processes and workflows to enhance productivity and reduce lead times.
- Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to production teams on Lean methodologies and problem-solving techniques.
- Utilize data analysis and process mapping to identify bottlenecks, root causes of issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Lean practices and achieve operational excellence.
Recommended Qualifications
- Expertise in Lean manufacturing principles and tools (e.g., VSM, 5S, Kaizen, SMED, Poka-Yoke).
- Proven experience in leading and implementing process improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to identify root causes and solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
Bonus Qualifications
- Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Experience optimizing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for Lean principles
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Proven ability to train and mentor others in Lean methodologies
