Salary Range: $87,000 - $133,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels for raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
• Oversee inbound and outbound transportation, including carrier selection and route optimization.
• Direct warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency across the supply chain.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant shipping, customs, and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and sales teams for accurate demand forecasting and fulfillment.
• Monitor and report on key logistics performance indicators (KPIs).

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Logistics Management Systems (LMS).
• Strong understanding of inventory management, warehousing, transportation regulations, and import/export procedures.
• Demonstrated leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) are highly desirable.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification
• Experience with advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience leading WMS/TMS implementation or major optimization projects
