Salary Range: $85,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the flow of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods within the manufacturing supply chain.
• Oversee inventory control, warehousing, and distribution operations to ensure efficient stock levels and timely delivery.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including carrier selection, freight negotiation, and shipment tracking.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and sales teams to align logistics operations with manufacturing schedules and demand forecasts.
• Manage logistics budgets, analyze expenditures, and identify opportunities for cost savings.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in logistics management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, freight management, customs regulations, and lean logistics principles.
• Demonstrated leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with specific Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or Transportation Management Systems (TMS) such as SAP EWM, Oracle SCM, or Blue Yonder.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., APICS CSCP, CLTD, Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt).
• Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for supply chain optimization.
• Experience in international logistics, including customs compliance and global trade regulations.
