Salary Range: $77,000 - $117,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and sustainment of Lean manufacturing principles and tools (e.g., 5S, SMED, Kanban, VSM, Standard Work).
- Identify and eliminate waste (Muda) across all manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost.
- Facilitate and lead Kaizen events and continuous improvement projects to drive measurable operational enhancements.
- Develop, implement, and maintain standard work procedures to ensure process consistency and optimal performance.
- Train and mentor manufacturing personnel on Lean methodologies and continuous improvement techniques.
- Analyze production data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and track progress.
- Design and optimize manufacturing layouts and material flow to reduce lead times and improve productivity.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven experience implementing Lean manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, VSM, SMED) in a production environment.
- Demonstrated success in leading and facilitating continuous improvement projects and initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, utilizing tools like A3, 8D, and statistical process control.
- Proficiency in process mapping, data analysis, and identifying waste reduction opportunities.
- Excellent communication, training, and change management skills to foster a Lean culture.
Bonus Qualifications
- Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
- Experience with manufacturing simulation software (e.g., Arena, FlexSim)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Demonstrated experience in change management for continuous improvement initiatives
