Salary Range: $70,000 - $109,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, program, and debug PLC logic for new and existing automated manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose complex electrical and controls issues on production machinery.
• Commission, test, and validate integrated control systems and HMI interfaces.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for PLC programs, electrical schematics, and control system architectures.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and maintenance teams to optimize machine performance and reliability.
• Implement modifications and upgrades to existing PLC programs to improve efficiency and incorporate new functionalities.
• Ensure all programming and control system designs comply with industry standards and safety regulations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience programming PLCs (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens) in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Ladder Logic, Structured Text, and Function Block Diagram programming languages.
• Demonstrated experience with HMI/SCADA system development and integration.
• Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, Profinet, Modbus TCP/IP).
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and P&ID diagrams for troubleshooting and design.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with HMI/SCADA development and integration.
• Familiarity with industrial networking protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, PROFINET).
• Exposure to database integration (e.g., SQL) for data logging or recipe management.
• Experience with robotics programming or vision systems integration.
