Salary Range: $55,000 - $82,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct the daily activities of a manufacturing team to ensure production targets are met.
• Train, mentor, and provide performance feedback to team members.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Monitor production processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain production schedules and allocate resources effectively.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues on the production floor.
• Collaborate with management on production planning, staffing, and process improvement initiatives.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and work areas for safety and maintenance needs.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of production processes and equipment.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in supervising and motivating a team.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear direction and feedback.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with quality control procedures and continuous improvement initiatives.
