Salary Range: $75,000 - $114,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement welding procedures and specifications to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Select appropriate welding processes, equipment, and consumables for manufacturing needs.

• Proficiency in non-destructive testing (NDT) methods and interpretation of results.
• Experience with welding automation and robotics in a production setting.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills related to weld quality and defects.
