Salary Range: $76,000 - $116,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain accurate inventory records within the ERP/WMS system.
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures, including cycle counting and physical inventory.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, optimize stock levels, and minimize obsolescence.
- Manage and lead the inventory control team, including training and performance evaluation.
- Collaborate with production, purchasing, and warehousing to ensure smooth material flow and prevent stockouts.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for inventory accuracy, efficiency, and cost reduction.
- Generate regular inventory reports on inventory accuracy, turns, and valuation for management review.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in inventory control, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and specialized inventory management software.
- Strong understanding of inventory control principles, forecasting, and warehouse operations.
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with Lean manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen) or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for inventory reporting and analysis.
- Understanding of broader supply chain logistics and warehousing best practices.
- Proven track record in leading inventory-related improvement projects.
