Salary Range: $81,000 - $121,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and recurring issues.
• Develop and optimize Preventive and Predictive Maintenance (PM/PdM) strategies.
• Perform Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify and mitigate risks.
• Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Implement Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) methodologies.
• Provide reliability input for new equipment selection, design, and commissioning.
• Establish and monitor key reliability metrics (e.g., MTBF, MTTR, OEE).

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering.
• 3-7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically in reliability, maintenance, or process improvement.
• Demonstrated proficiency in reliability engineering tools and methodologies (e.g., RCM, FMEA, RCA, statistical analysis).
• Experience with CMMS/EAM systems (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo) and data analysis software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency in advanced data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R, Power BI, Tableau) for maintenance data.
• Experience with advanced condition monitoring technologies (e.g., thermal imaging, acoustic emission, oil analysis interpretation).
• Project management experience leading reliability improvement initiatives.
