Salary Range: $86,000 - $126,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of equipment failures to identify permanent corrective actions.
  • Develop and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance strategies and programs.
  • Conduct Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Analyze equipment performance data (e.g., MTBF, MTTR, OEE) to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Recommend and implement engineering design changes to enhance equipment reliability and maintainability.
  • Provide technical expertise and training to maintenance and operations teams on reliability best practices.
  • Support capital projects by ensuring reliability principles are integrated into new equipment selection and installation.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related Engineering field
  • 3+ years of experience in reliability engineering or maintenance in a manufacturing environment
  • Proven expertise in applying reliability methodologies such as RCM, FMEA, RCA, and CBM
  • Strong analytical and statistical skills for interpreting data and identifying reliability opportunities
  • Experience with CMMS/EAM systems for tracking assets, work orders, and maintenance history

Bonus Qualifications

  • Advanced programming skills (Python, R, SQL) for data analysis and tool development
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
  • Experience implementing AI/ML solutions for predictive maintenance
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
