Salary Range: $78,000 - $118,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance strategies for manufacturing assets.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for significant equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify and mitigate potential failure points.
• Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends, predict failures, and recommend improvements.
• Facilitate Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) studies to improve asset uptime and reduce costs.
• Provide reliability input for new equipment specifications and capital projects.
• Develop and implement reliability standards, procedures, and best practices across the plant.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or a related engineering discipline.
• 3-5+ years of experience in reliability engineering or maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM).
• Proficiency with predictive maintenance technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis).
• Experience utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to asset performance.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with advanced data analytics tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL) for predictive maintenance.
• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Project management experience or certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM).
• Proficiency with enterprise asset management systems (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo) for advanced reporting and optimization.
