Salary Range: $57,000 - $84,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily production activities to meet production schedules and targets.
• Manage, train, and mentor production team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Implement and enforce safety regulations and quality control standards on the production floor.
• Identify and resolve production issues, optimizing processes for efficiency and cost reduction.
• Monitor raw material usage, work-in-progress, and finished goods inventory.
• Maintain accurate production records and generate performance reports for management.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., maintenance, quality, supply chain) to ensure smooth operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, including some leadership or supervisory capacity
• Strong understanding of production processes, equipment operation, and quality control standards
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and train a production team
• Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve production issues efficiently
• Commitment to maintaining high safety standards and product quality
