Salary Range: $86,000 - $132,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Green Belts and Yellow Belts on Six Sigma projects.
• Identify, define, and prioritize improvement opportunities within manufacturing processes.
• Utilize Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC, DMADV) to analyze complex manufacturing problems and develop data-driven solutions.
• Drive significant cost savings, quality improvements, and cycle time reduction through project execution.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and ensure sustainable process improvements.
• Develop and implement robust control plans to sustain gains achieved through Six Sigma projects.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making throughout the manufacturing organization.
• Report project status, key findings, and results to senior management.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven track record of successfully leading and completing complex Six Sigma projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Deep understanding of statistical analysis tools and methodologies relevant to manufacturing processes (e.g., SPC, DOE, hypothesis testing).
• Extensive experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and their application in process improvement.
• Strong leadership and team facilitation skills, with the ability to mentor Green Belts and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in manufacturing software and data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP, Tableau).
• Experience in root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques specific to manufacturing challenges.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with statistical process control (SPC) software beyond basic applications.
• - Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• - Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and their integration with Six Sigma.
• - Experience with advanced simulation software for process modeling.
