Salary Range: $88,000 - $134,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Green Belts and project teams in the application of Six Sigma methodologies.
• Drive the identification and prioritization of process improvement opportunities within the manufacturing environment.
• Design, execute, and manage complex Six Sigma projects to achieve measurable improvements in quality, cost, and delivery.
• Utilize advanced statistical tools and techniques to analyze manufacturing data and identify root causes of defects.
• Develop and implement sustainable solutions to address identified process inefficiencies and quality issues.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure buy-in and successful implementation of improvement initiatives.
• Track and report on project progress, key performance indicators, and the financial impact of implemented solutions.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making throughout the manufacturing operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven track record of successfully leading and completing complex Six Sigma projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Deep understanding of statistical analysis tools and techniques relevant to manufacturing processes (e.g., DOE, SPC, hypothesis testing).
• Extensive experience in identifying, analyzing, and resolving manufacturing process inefficiencies and quality issues.
• Strong leadership and team facilitation skills to guide cross-functional project teams.
• Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP, R) and manufacturing execution systems (MES).
• Ability to mentor and coach Green Belts and project team members on Six Sigma methodologies.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with Lean manufacturing principles and tools.
• - Proficiency in advanced statistical software beyond basic Minitab capabilities.
• - Experience in a specific manufacturing sub-sector (e.g., automotive, aerospace, pharmaceuticals).
• - Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach Green Belts and other team members.
• - Project management certification (e.g., PMP).
