Salary Range: $94,000 - $141,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Green Belts and other team members in Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
• Identify, define, and prioritize process improvement opportunities within manufacturing operations.
• Drive the execution of complex Six Sigma projects from initiation to closure, utilizing DMAIC or DMADV frameworks.
• Analyze manufacturing data to identify root causes of defects, inefficiencies, and variations.
• Develop and implement sustainable solutions to improve product quality, reduce costs, and increase throughput.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and ensure buy-in from stakeholders.
• Measure, monitor, and report on the performance of implemented solutions and ongoing process improvements.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making throughout the manufacturing organization.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and successfully completing complex Six Sigma projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Deep understanding of statistical analysis tools and methodologies relevant to manufacturing processes (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
• Strong leadership and change management skills to guide cross-functional teams and drive process improvements.
• Ability to mentor and coach Green Belts and other team members on Six Sigma principles and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing principles and their integration with Six Sigma methodologies.
