Salary Range: $56,000 - $86,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review journal entries, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts, including bank accounts, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
• Assist with the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Support the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including processing invoices and payments.
• Generate financial reports and analyses to support management decision-making.
• Participate in the inventory valuation process and ensure accuracy of inventory records.
• Assist with the development and maintenance of internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and resolve discrepancies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and cost accounting principles.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with inventory valuation and cost analysis.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
