Salary Range: $76,000 - $109,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement supplier quality assurance programs and procedures.
- Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Monitor supplier performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Investigate and resolve supplier-related quality issues and non-conformances.
- Collaborate with suppliers to drive continuous improvement in their processes and products.
- Review and approve supplier documentation, including PPAPs and control plans.
- Qualify new suppliers and manage existing supplier relationships from a quality perspective.
- Participate in new product introduction (NPI) processes to ensure supplier readiness.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in supplier quality management, auditing, and corrective action implementation within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and relevant industry standards.
- Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC), root cause analysis (RCA) tools (e.g., 8D, Ishikawa), and problem-solving methodologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Experience with quality tools such as FMEA, APQP, PPAP, and control plans.
Bonus Qualifications
- - Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma).
- - Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) software and analysis techniques.
- - Certification in relevant quality standards (e.g., ASQ CQE, ISO 9001 auditor).
- - Proficiency in advanced data analysis tools and visualization software (e.g., Minitab, Tableau).
- - Experience with supplier development programs and auditing international suppliers.
