Salary Range: $87,000 - $133,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex Six Sigma projects to improve manufacturing processes, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
• Mentor and coach Green Belts and other team members on Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
• Analyze manufacturing data using statistical software to identify root causes of defects and inefficiencies.
• Develop and implement process improvements and control plans to sustain gains achieved through Six Sigma projects.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams in DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) project execution.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making throughout the manufacturing operations.
• Present project findings, recommendations, and results to senior management and stakeholders.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven track record of successfully leading and completing complex Six Sigma projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Deep understanding of statistical analysis tools and methodologies relevant to manufacturing processes (e.g., DOE, SPC, hypothesis testing).
• Extensive experience in root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques specific to manufacturing challenges.
• Strong leadership and team facilitation skills, with the ability to mentor Green Belts and project teams.
• Proficiency in change management and stakeholder engagement within a manufacturing setting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying technical information to diverse audiences.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies.
• - Proven ability to lead and mentor Green Belts and Yellow Belts.
• - Strong statistical software proficiency (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
• - Demonstrated experience in supply chain optimization.
• - Familiarity with advanced quality tools like Design of Experiments (DOE).
