Salary Range: $72,000 - $109,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and procedures for manufactured products.
• Identify, document, and track defects, working with development and production teams to resolve issues.
• Design and implement automated test scripts and frameworks to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Perform root cause analysis of product failures and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, industry regulations, and customer specifications.
• Calibrate and maintain test equipment, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
• Analyze test results and generate reports to communicate product quality and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality assurance, to ensure product quality.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting languages (e.g., Python, LabVIEW, C#).
• Proficiency in using test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and function generators.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control methodologies.
• Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis.
• Knowledge of hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing or similar system-level testing.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with statistical process control (SPC) software and methodologies.
• - Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and smart manufacturing technologies.
• - Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl) for test automation.
• - Knowledge of root cause analysis techniques and problem-solving frameworks.
• - Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for reporting test results.
