Salary Range: $67,000 - $105,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for all manufacturing personnel, including new hires and existing employees.
- Identify training needs through performance reviews, skill gap analyses, and discussions with department managers.
- Design and deliver training materials, manuals, and presentations on safety procedures, operational processes, quality standards, and equipment operation.
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring minimal disruption to production schedules.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance monitoring.
- Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Source and manage external training providers or subject matter experts when specialized training is required.
- Continuously research and recommend innovative training methods and technologies to enhance learning and development.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Human Resources, Engineering, Business Administration) or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating training programs, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and other training technology platforms.
- Experience in needs analysis, curriculum development, and facilitator training.
Bonus Qualifications
- - Experience with learning management systems (LMS) for tracking and delivering training.
- - Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and their application in training.
- - Certification in adult learning principles or instructional design.
- - Experience developing and implementing train-the-trainer programs.
