Salary Range: $67,000 - $105,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for all manufacturing personnel, including new hires and existing employees.
• Identify training needs through performance reviews, skill gap analyses, and discussions with department managers.
• Design and deliver training materials, manuals, and presentations on safety procedures, operational processes, quality standards, and equipment operation.
• Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring minimal disruption to production schedules.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance monitoring.
• Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Source and manage external training providers or subject matter experts when specialized training is required.
• Continuously research and recommend innovative training methods and technologies to enhance learning and development.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Human Resources, Engineering, Business Administration) or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating training programs, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and other training technology platforms.
• Experience in needs analysis, curriculum development, and facilitator training.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with learning management systems (LMS) for tracking and delivering training.
• - Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and their application in training.
• - Certification in adult learning principles or instructional design.
• - Experience developing and implementing train-the-trainer programs.
• - Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and their training requirements.
