Salary Range: $103,000 - $150,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize end-to-end value streams from raw material to customer delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce lead times, waste, and inventory levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, engineering, supply chain, quality) to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for value stream performance and report on progress.
• Champion a culture of problem-solving and empower teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Manage resources and budgets effectively to support value stream objectives.
• Ensure alignment of value stream activities with overall business strategy and customer needs.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated success in identifying and eliminating waste within manufacturing processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize workflows and resource allocation.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to drive cross-functional team collaboration.
• Experience with value stream mapping and implementing process improvements.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• - Experience with advanced statistical process control (SPC) software
• - Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and their application in manufacturing
• - Proven track record of successful cross-functional team leadership in a manufacturing environment
• - Experience with ERP system optimization and integration projects
