Salary Range: $105,000 - $153,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the entire value stream, from raw materials to customer delivery.
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to identify and eliminate waste, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize flow, reduce lead times, and improve overall throughput.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the value stream, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with supply chain partners to ensure seamless material flow and timely delivery.
  • Implement and manage lean manufacturing principles and methodologies throughout the value stream.
  • Facilitate problem-solving sessions and implement corrective actions to address process deviations.
  • Champion a culture of quality and customer focus within the value stream.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in manufacturing operations, process improvement, and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Demonstrated success in identifying and implementing value stream mapping and optimization initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and drive data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional team collaboration abilities.
  • Experience with manufacturing execution systems (MES) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.

Bonus Qualifications

  • - Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, Six Sigma).
  • - Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans for optimizing value stream performance.
  • - Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain logistics, and production planning.
  • - Experience with data analysis and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
  • - Familiarity with advanced manufacturing technologies and automation.
