Salary Range: $48,000 - $77,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify and nurture inbound leads and outbound prospects to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Prepare and present product quotes, proposals, and sales orders for manufacturing solutions.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Provide product information and technical assistance to customers regarding manufacturing capabilities and offerings.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Proven experience in inside sales or B2B sales, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, products, or supply chains.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to articulate technical information clearly.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport with customers, identify needs, and close sales.

  • Experience with technical product specifications or complex quoting processes.
