Salary Range: $49,000 - $74,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections of incoming raw materials, components, and sub-assemblies.
- Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, engineering drawings, and quality specifications.
- Accurately document inspection results, including acceptance, rejection, and non-conformance details, in the designated quality system.
- Identify, isolate, and label non-conforming materials, initiating the Non-Conforming Material (NCM) process.
- Operate and maintain various inspection tools, gauges, and measurement equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, CMMs).
- Collaborate with purchasing, engineering, and production to resolve material discrepancies and quality issues.
- Ensure strict adherence to company quality standards, policies, and procedures.
Recommended Qualifications
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
- Proficiency in using a variety of precision measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
- Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and relevant quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Experience performing visual and dimensional inspections and interpreting sampling plans.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document inspection results and non-conformances.
- Basic computer skills for data entry, record keeping, and utilizing quality software.
Bonus Qualifications
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems for inventory and quality data management.
- Basic understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles.
- Prior experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., medical device, aerospace).
- Certification in a quality-related discipline (e.g., ASQ CQT, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt).
