Salary Range: $49,000 - $74,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed quality inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
- Utilize precision measuring tools and equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges, CMM) to verify specifications.
- Document inspection results accurately and maintain comprehensive quality records.
- Identify and report non-conforming materials or products, initiating containment and corrective actions.
- Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and quality control plans to ensure compliance.
- Conduct visual inspections for defects, damage, and adherence to aesthetic standards.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to investigate and resolve quality discrepancies.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications (e.g., GD&T).
- Demonstrated skill in using precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
- Strong understanding of quality control principles and manufacturing inspection processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to accurately identify and document defects or non-conformances.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a manufacturing quality inspection or related technical role.
- Basic computer proficiency for data entry, report generation, and operating inspection software.
Bonus Qualifications
- ASQ Certification (e.g., CQT, CQI)
- Experience with specialized metrology software (e.g., PC-DMIS, Minitab)
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles
- Experience with instrument calibration and maintenance
