Salary Range: $48,000 - $71,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods according to specifications.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments suchates as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and optical comparators.
- Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed quality records and reports.
- Identify, segregate, and report non-conforming materials or products, initiating corrective actions as needed.
- Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and quality control specifications to ensure compliance.
- Perform first-piece, in-process, and final product inspections at various stages of the manufacturing process.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and improve manufacturing processes.
Recommended Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in quality inspection or manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T
- Demonstrated ability to use precision measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges, CMM)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with CMM programming or advanced operation
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles (e.g., Green Belt certification)
- Demonstrated experience in calibration of inspection tools and equipment
- Ability to perform basic statistical process control (SPC) data analysis
