Salary Range: $87,000 - $133,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shop floor operations, ensuring production targets are met efficiently and safely.
• Manage and mentor a team of production staff, including scheduling, performance reviews, and training.
• Implement and enforce quality control procedures to maintain high product standards.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods, and manage procurement as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain and troubleshoot production machinery and equipment, coordinating repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Optimize workflow and production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and sales, to ensure smooth product development and delivery.

• Proven experience in a manufacturing shop floor environment.
• Strong understanding of production processes and lean manufacturing principles.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management and quality control procedures.
