Salary Range: $53,000 - $77,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily shipping and receiving operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Train, mentor, and supervise shipping and receiving team members, providing guidance and performance feedback.
• Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Prepare and process outgoing shipments, ensuring proper documentation, labeling, and carrier selection.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through timely updates in the warehouse management system.
• Coordinate with production, quality control, and customer service departments to ensure smooth material flow.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures and best practices within the shipping and receiving area.
• Manage and maintain shipping and receiving equipment, reporting any maintenance needs.

Recommended Qualifications

• - Proven experience in a shipping and receiving environment, preferably within manufacturing.
• - Strong understanding of inventory management systems and warehouse operations.
• - Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• - Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative work environment.
