Salary Range: $76,000 - $116,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the successful transition of new products from design to manufacturing.
- Develop, optimize, and validate manufacturing processes for new product introduction (NPI).
- Provide Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) feedback to R&D.
- Specify, procure, and qualify new equipment, tooling, and fixtures for NPI lines.
- Create and maintain comprehensive manufacturing documentation, including work instructions and process flows.
- Drive yield and quality improvement initiatives during NPI pilot runs and ramp-up.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and ensure NPI readiness.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing).
- 3+ years of experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) or manufacturing engineering in a production environment.
- Proficiency in Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles.
- Demonstrated experience with process development, tooling, and equipment validation.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes relevant to the industry (e.g., electronics assembly, machining, injection molding).
- Experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and PLM/PDM systems.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Proficiency with advanced simulation software (e.g., FEA, CFD, mold flow analysis)
- Experience working with international contract manufacturers or suppliers
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and smart manufacturing technologies
