Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of general office administration, including supplies, equipment, and vendor relations.

  • Coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, and safety compliance documentation for the manufacturing plant.
  • Provide administrative support to manufacturing operations, including data entry for production reports and shipping logistics.

  • Oversee office budget, manage purchasing of non-production materials, and process invoices.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with office management or ERP software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction across all departments.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing operational procedures, safety protocols, and supply chain basics.
