Salary Range: $55,000 - $84,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure efficient office functionality for the manufacturing plant.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and coordinate facility maintenance requests specific to the production environment.
  • Provide direct administrative support to plant management and various departments, including production and operations.
  • Administer office budget, process invoices, and manage vendor relationships for administrative and facility services.
  • Assist with HR administrative tasks, including new hire onboarding, timekeeping support, and personnel record maintenance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications related to the manufacturing site.
  • Support the implementation and documentation of company policies, safety protocols, and compliance standards.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Proven experience in office administration, managing daily operations, and supporting multiple departments.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills, with acute attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with office management software or ERP systems.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, understanding operational demands and safety protocols.
  • Experience with vendor management, procurement, and basic budget oversight.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for administrative functions.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
  • Understanding of basic supply chain or production processes.
  • Experience managing office support for a diverse workforce, including production staff.
