Salary Range: $52,000 - $81,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, including supply management and vendor coordination.
- Provide administrative support to manufacturing leadership and various departments.
- Manage front desk operations, visitor reception, and communication flow.
- Coordinate office facility maintenance and ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with basic HR administrative tasks, including new hire onboarding and record keeping.
- Manage the office budget, expense tracking, and invoice processing.
- Organize and coordinate company meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in office management, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with office management software or ERP systems.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with all levels of staff, vendors, and clients.
- Experience with basic bookkeeping, expense tracking, and supporting administrative aspects of purchasing or payroll.
Bonus Qualifications
- Understanding of manufacturing processes or supply chain operations.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for administrative functions.
- Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) or industrial safety protocols.
- Ability to coordinate light facility maintenance or MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) inventory.
