Salary Range: $72,000 - $111,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support and guidance to customers and sales teams on product applications within manufacturing processes.
• Develop and optimize manufacturing solutions by configuring and integrating company products to meet specific customer requirements.
• Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and training sessions for customers and internal teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to product implementation and performance in manufacturing environments.
• Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to provide customer feedback and contribute to product improvements.
• Create detailed application notes, technical specifications, and best practice guides for manufacturing use cases.
• Perform on-site analysis and validation of product performance in customer manufacturing facilities.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong technical background in manufacturing processes (e.g., CNC, robotics, automation, additive manufacturing).
• Proficiency with CAD/CAM software and other relevant engineering design or simulation tools.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for explaining technical concepts and providing customer support.
• Experience in applying engineering principles to optimize manufacturing workflows or product development.

Bonus Qualifications

• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts, IoT, or digital manufacturing solutions.
• Proficiency in a second language relevant to global manufacturing markets (e.g., Spanish, German, Mandarin).
• Experience with advanced data analytics tools for performance monitoring and optimization.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) or significant experience leading complex technical projects.
