Salary Range: $64,000 - $91,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of assembly technicians and operators.
• Ensure daily production targets and quality standards are consistently met.
• Train new assembly personnel and provide ongoing coaching and development.

• Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in a manufacturing assembly environment.
• 1-2+ years of proven supervisory or team lead experience.

• Demonstrated understanding of assembly processes, tools, and quality control.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting production issues and implementing solutions.
• Knowledge of manufacturing safety standards and continuous improvement principles.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ERP or MES systems
• Proficiency in reading complex technical blueprints or schematics
• Experience with automated assembly processes or robotics
