Salary Range: $52,000 - $79,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Delta Township seeking Bookkeeper / Office Managers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Process bi-weekly payroll, including tax filings and benefit deductions.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations and generate basic financial reports.
  • Oversee office supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and facility service coordination.
  • Provide administrative support to manufacturing and sales teams, including document management.
  • Assist with new employee onboarding, HR record-keeping, and general HR inquiries.
  • Track and reconcile operational expenses, ensuring accurate cost allocation for manufacturing.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage)
  • Demonstrated experience with full-cycle bookkeeping (AP, AR, payroll, reconciliations)
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Proven ability to provide comprehensive administrative and HR support
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment, including familiarity with inventory principles

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with ERP systems common in manufacturing (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Epicor).
  • Basic understanding of cost accounting principles for manufacturing.
  • Experience processing payroll for both hourly and salaried employees.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
