Salary Range: $51,000 - $78,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and non-routine calibration of manufacturing equipment and instrumentation.
- Maintain accurate calibration records and documentation in compliance with quality systems.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair precision measurement equipment as needed.
- Develop, review, and update calibration procedures and work instructions.
- Ensure all calibrated equipment meets specified tolerances and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and track calibration schedules to ensure timely service and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to address measurement-related issues.
Recommended Qualifications
- Associate's degree in a technical field (e.g., Electronics, Metrology, Instrumentation) or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven understanding of calibration principles, measurement uncertainty, and metrology concepts.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and calibration procedures.
- Strong mathematical aptitude, including algebra and basic statistics relevant to measurement and data analysis.
- Familiarity with quality systems and standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 17025.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with ISO 17025 quality management systems.
- Proficiency with calibration management software (e.g., IndySoft, Met/Track).
- Familiarity with metrology principles, including uncertainty analysis.
- Basic programming or scripting skills for test automation (e.g., LabVIEW, Python).
