Salary Range: $52,000 - $79,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions for manufacturing operations.
  • Manage full-cycle payroll processing, including tax filings and employee benefits administration.
  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations, maintain the general ledger, and assist with month-end close procedures.
  • Oversee general office administration, including supply management, facility coordination, and maintaining an organized workspace.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and production teams, handling correspondence and scheduling.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, clients, and internal staff regarding financial and administrative matters.
  • Assist with maintaining inventory records and reconciliation related to manufacturing materials and products.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Proven experience (5+ years preferred) as a Bookkeeper or Office Manager, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
  • Solid understanding of general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and month-end close procedures.
  • Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing-specific financial processes, including inventory management, job costing, and purchase order systems.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and administrative skills with a strong attention to detail.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with ERP systems commonly used in manufacturing environments.
  • Familiarity with inventory management or job costing principles.
  • Previous experience supporting HR functions, such as onboarding or benefits administration.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
