Salary Range: $90,000 - $137,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all aspects of plant maintenance, including preventive, predictive, and corrective programs for production machinery and building infrastructure.
- Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards (e.g., OSHA, EPA) within the manufacturing facility.
- Develop and manage the facilities budget, including forecasting, cost control, and procurement of services and supplies.
- Plan and execute facilities-related projects such as renovations, expansions, and equipment installations, minimizing disruption to production.
- Implement strategies for energy efficiency, waste reduction, and sustainable facility operations.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality and cost-effective facility services.
- Optimize space utilization and layout to support efficient manufacturing processes and future growth.
Recommended Qualifications
- 5+ years of facilities management experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of industrial building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, structural) and utilities (compressed air, process water)
- Proven experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs, utilizing CMMS software
- Demonstrated understanding of OSHA, EPA, and local building codes, with a focus on industrial safety
- Experience managing facilities projects, including budget development and vendor oversight
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety leadership training.
- Proficiency in CAD software for facility layout and space planning.
- Experience in energy management and sustainability initiatives.
